In order to offer you the best possible service, from our warehouse right to your door, we work with the best international carries and we avoid postal service. Shipments will be delivered within 3-7 days. However, there are times that you may experience short delay in receiving your shipment due to customs clearance or logistic company delays.

Your order will be shipped out within 1-5 working day if the items are available in stock. If the items are not available, we will send you an email within 2 working day with the estimated waiting time. Waiting time is approximate and it depends on the availability of our suppliers.

Taxes are not included in the price. For this reason you may be asked to pay the corresponding duties when the package reach your Country. Duties depend on the Customs of your country and not on BrandaWatch. while they are on the recipient's charge.
